The club is excited to announce the partnership with New Kent Parks & Rec to provide opportunities for the 'travel level' soccer players in the area. Many New Kent residents were looking for the next level after playing in the New Kent Parks & Rec league for many seasons. The residents had to travel West to Richmond or East to Williamsburg to be part of a travel club. Martin Vickerton, Club Director met with the New Kent County leaders and the club and county were able to form a partnership to bring travel soccer to New Kent!

To get the best health and athletic performance, it is important for our players to eat well-balanced meals and snacks and drink plenty of liquids. Good nutrition provides fuel for the body to grow and perform, and also helps your body heal faster after injury; and drinking a lot of fluids, especially plain water, is very important for preventing dehydration resulting in multiple dangers of losing too much water from your body.
